I’m a design professional whose experience spans user-centred design, visual design and design management. I love making products that are easy to use, have real purpose and produce measurable benefits for their owners. I’m always learning and bringing the latest industry thinking, best practices and technology to a project.
I’ve worked on a wide range of projects incorporating digital transformation, service design, online brand creation, enterprise content management, interactive experiences and social engagement. I’ve partnered with clients across the public and private sectors, including Barclays, EE, HMRC, HSBC, Ministry of Justice and M&S.
